CRM Systems Specialist – Intapp DealCloud (London)

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Systems Specialist to join the Marketing & Business Development team of a leading international law firm in London. The successful candidate will become the local expert for the firm’s CRM platform, guiding the migration from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud and ensuring high‑quality data across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud and promote ongoing system adoption.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to partners and internal users as the London CRM subject‑matter expert.
• Maintain and improve CRM data quality, governance and best‑practice processes.
• Cleanse contact records, mailing lists and company data to ensure accuracy.
• Generate searches, reports and targeted lists to support business‑development activities.
• Ensure all CRM data handling complies with GDPR and other data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Intapp DealCloud and InterAction.
• Strong background in CRM data management and governance.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a legal or professional‑services environment is desirable.
