Curriculum Manager – Construction & Technology

About the role
The role is based within an established Further Education provider and leads the Construction & Technology curriculum. You will be responsible for shaping the learning experience, driving student success and supporting the growth of a vocational department.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Construction & Technology curriculum provision.
- Drive student achievement, retention and progression.
- Line‑manage teaching and support staff.
- Ensure high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment.
- Develop curriculum plans that meet employer and learner needs.
- Manage staffing, resources and budgets effectively.
- Build relationships with employers and industry partners.
- Promote continuous improvement and curriculum growth.
Required profile
- Experience in Further Education leadership or curriculum management.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and curriculum planning.
- Previous teaching experience.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Passion for improving learner outcomes.
