Customer Advisor – Automotive After‑sales

About the role

Join the Aftersales team at our Maidstone dealership as a Customer Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with service enquiries, appointments and any concerns they may have, ensuring a seamless and premium experience in a leading automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership, providing accurate information on services and promotions.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to optimise workflow.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Process paperwork, quotations and invoices related to after‑sales services.
• Promote additional services and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the dealership’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple requests.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
• Previous experience in automotive after‑sales or a similar customer‑facing role is desirable.
