About the role
As a Customer Assistant in a John Lewis shop you will deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high shop standards during the busy Christmas period. You will help create a first‑class in‑store experience that builds lasting loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Provide engaging, inspirational service at every stage of the customer journey.
- Use product knowledge and sales training to drive sales and increase profits.
- Support the shop flexibly – till assistance, stock replenishment, price ticketing and general shop‑keeping tasks.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Assist with accurate stock counts to protect profits.
Required profile
- Basic IT literacy.
- Strong communication skills.
