Customer Assistant - Nights, Exeter

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting friendly, reliable people to join its team at the Elm Drive store in Cranbrook, Exeter, serving customers across the store. The role is a fixed-term position of 12 months, covering 24 hours per week split into four shifts, including a night shift from 23:00 to 06:00. The store is described as fast-paced but structured, with clear routines and timed activities.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the store to serve customers in a fast-paced, structured environment.
• Support various parts of the store after training, helping wherever needed.
• Follow processes and use equipment safely.

Required profile

• A helpful and friendly approach, enjoying staying active and being hands-on.
• Comfortable working in a busy, structured environment.
• Passionate about putting customers first and happy to help resolve their queries.
• Over school-leaver age; some roles require being over 18 for health and safety reasons.
• Credit check required for applicants to Kiosk or Cash Office roles.
