Customer Business Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Business Coordinator to act as the trusted link between our aerospace customers and the internal teams delivering their solutions. You will build strong relationships, translate customer needs into actionable plans, and ensure every interaction is smooth and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of customer accounts from order entry through invoicing.
• Identify and propose additional services that add value for customers.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver change initiatives in the live production environment.
• Understand technical impacts of changes and keep activities aligned and well‑communicated.
• Collaborate with Customer Support peers to share manufacturing and production knowledge.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer requests and claims, ensuring visibility and timely resolution.
• Represent the customer voice in meetings and service reviews.
• Maintain accurate records to support traceability and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management principles.
• Basic understanding of contract management, export, sales and logistics.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer‑oriented, organised, autonomous and able to work well under pressure.

• 12‑month contract (inside IR35) with PAYE.
