About the role
Club Med is looking for a motivated Customer Care Intern to join its London office, supporting the UK, Irish and Nordics markets. This role offers hands‑on experience in hospitality customer service and claim management within a global travel brand.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across all channels, providing accurate information about resorts, packages and services.
- Handle pre‑ and post‑departure claims, managing the full resolution process from initial contact to follow‑up.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in line with Club Med policies, aiming for swift and satisfactory outcomes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Club Med terms & conditions, processes and policies.
- Record all interactions, transactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless communication and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and genuine desire to assist travelers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
- Placement must be part of the university degree programme.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using a CRM system to log and track customer interactions.
