Customer Development Executive

About the role

Join the on‑trade sales team of a globally recognised spirit brand and become the face of the product across Leeds and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with bar owners and staff, grow brand distribution and increase visibility in a vibrant drinks scene.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and develop your territory across Leeds and surrounding on‑trade venues.
• Represent the brand in bars, clubs and other hospitality settings, building strong relationships with owners and staff.
• Increase brand visibility and distribution by securing placements, promotions and events.
• Maintain and grow an industry network within the fast‑paced on‑trade bar scene.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Report sales performance, insights and opportunities to the wider team.

Required profile

• Passionate about the drinks industry and eager to start a career in on‑trade sales.
• Outgoing, authentic, social and bold personality.
• Comfortable working in hospitality environments such as bars or clubs.
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
