About the role
The Customer Experience Advisor will be the friendly face and voice of Santander at the Unity Place Branch in Milton Keynes. Working 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule, you will support customers in‑branch and over the phone, helping them with everyday transactions, digital banking tools and protecting them from fraud.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch or calling the contact centre.
- Process cash and non‑cash transactions, answer queries and provide product information.
- Assist customers with using banking technology and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify and prevent fraud, scams and other security risks.
- Build relationships, suggest solutions and continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work flexibly across a rotating schedule, including weekends.
- Team player who thrives in a busy, multi‑skill environment.
