Customer Experience Executive - Sales

About the role

Van Mossel Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Experience Executive for its Poole Audi dealership. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, handling enquiries received digitally and by phone, qualifying them, booking appointments and supporting the sales teams in converting opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email, website and digital channels
• Qualify enquiries and identify sales opportunities through effective questioning
• Arrange appointments for the sales team and follow up leads promptly
• Maintain accurate customer information in internal systems
• Build strong customer relationships and work with sales teams to maximise attendance and conversion
• Follow up proactively and contribute to team targets

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with customers by phone and online
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several priorities
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, contact centres or automotive retail is advantageous but not essential

What we offer

• Salary of £28,089, OTE £35,000
