Sales Executive – Automotive Dealership

About the role

Join the Volkswagen Passenger Cars dealership in Poole as a Sales Executive, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping clients find the perfect Volkswagen for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and products.
• Manage enquiries, appointments, vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Maximise sales opportunities through finance, insurance and additional products.
• Build long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow‑up of all leads.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
• Confident, motivated and target‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
