Customer Operations Associate – TradingHub

About the role

As a Customer Operations Associate at TradingHub, you will work directly with some of the world’s largest financial institutions, blending hands‑on client support with technical delivery. You will onboard new clients, analyse complex data sets, and contribute code changes that enhance our trade‑surveillance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and support clients on TradingHub software, partnering with customer‑facing teams and engineering.
• Own technical projects such as implementing new asset classes, enabling new metrics, and updating existing code.
• Analyse large volumes of client data to resolve critical issues.
• Train and support clients via email and in‑person sessions.
• Collaborate across teams, manage dependencies, and track issues through JIRA.
• Drive internal migrations and process improvements as the platform scales.
• Advise clients on technical use of the system in a trade‑surveillance context.

Required profile

• STEM degree.
• Relevant experience in a financial setting.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Solid grasp of at least one asset class (Fixed Income, Credit, Equity, or Commodities).
• Genuine interest in financial markets; knowledge of market abuse is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with proven client‑facing experience.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance work (Claude experience advantageous).
