Customer Quality Manager

About the role

This newly created position sits at the interface between our internal Quality Management team and the technical/quality teams of major UK retailers. You will act as the primary customer‑facing quality expert, ensuring that our products meet both regulatory standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical and quality contact for customers and retailers.
• Support and lead BRCGS and customer audits.
• Collaborate directly with customer quality and technical teams to maintain compliance.
• Oversee quality control processes, testing programmes and non‑conformance investigations.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and drive CAPA initiatives.
• Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Work with the internal Quality Management team to raise standards and boost customer confidence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Quality Manager, Technical Manager, Customer Technical Manager or similar role.
• Background in food, nutraceutical, pharma or other regulated manufacturing.
• Strong track record of working with customer technical and quality teams.
