Customer Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our Leeds team. You will manage a defined portfolio of Besafe protective‑clothing customers, driving retention, renewals and revenue growth across our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Besafe professionally and build lasting customer relationships.
• Plan daily activities to maximise productivity and customer engagement.
• Manage renewal dates, process renewals and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and service issues to secure satisfaction and renewals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in line with GDPR requirements.
• Provide accurate reporting on contractual KPIs and attend retention and sales meetings.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and submit quotations using Salesforce pricing.
• Review Service Level Agreements and support installations or measurements when required.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of company processes, products and services.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, determined and able to work at pace.
• Knowledge of the protective clothing industry and laundering processes.
• Awareness of GDPR and data‑handling responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for quotation and pricing management.
• Confidence using databases and general IT applications.

What we offer

• Base salary between £30,000 and £32,000 per year.
• On‑Target Earnings (OTE) up to £50,000.
