Customer Sales Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Sales Advisor to join a well‑established retail business in Walton‑on‑Thames. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find the right products and delivering a professional, welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression.
• Build rapport with customers and confidently recommend products and services that meet their needs.
• Support the team in achieving sales and service targets.
• Process enquiries, bookings and customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
• Assist with the day‑to‑day running of the branch and support colleagues where needed.

• Confident working towards sales goals.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.
