Customer Sales Assistant – Entry Level (Full‑Time)

About the role

This full‑time, entry‑level position involves representing recognised non‑profit clients at face‑to‑face retail and event campaigns across London. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, delivering product information and building brand awareness while receiving comprehensive training from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Represent non‑profit client campaigns in on‑site event environments.
• Provide clear, professional product information to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve daily sales targets.
• Participate in daily upskilling sessions and client‑provided training.
• Maintain brand standards and campaign documentation.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong spoken and written English for effective communication.
• Confidence engaging with customers face‑to‑face.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Availability for a minimum of four full working days per week (Mon‑Sat).
