Customer Sales Assistant - Immediate Start

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Sittingbourne. This entry‑level, full‑time position offers an immediate start and provides hands‑on experience in sales, customer service and brand promotion within a supportive, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face, delivering excellent service and supporting the client’s acquisition activities.
• Represent the client in residential settings and at the Maidstone hub, attending training and planning sessions.
• Assist with sales processes, product presentations and organisational tasks.
• Participate in daily upskilling sessions to develop communication and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with strong English communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK and available for 4–5 full working days per week.
• Motivated to learn, enjoy face‑to‑face interaction and thrive in a team environment.
