Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid (Glasgow)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast‑growing, award‑winning organisation in central Glasgow. The role is hybrid, combining office‑based work with the flexibility to work from home, and offers a competitive salary with progression after probation.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls from customers and stakeholders.
• Respond to enquiries via email and live‑chat channels.
• Update and maintain customer records in internal CRM systems.
• Provide general administrative support and manage client queries.
• Ensure data is handled sensitively and in line with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
