Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, driven Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and ensuring a consistently positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Manage back‑orders, prepare quotes and support tender processes.
• Resolve complaints and returns professionally.
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as response times, call handling and NPS.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required.
