About the role
The Customer Service Advisor will join a leading international manufacturing business in Middleton, supporting customers by processing orders, handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely entry into the system.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email or other channels.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.
- Obtain and manage freight quotes to support logistics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
- Proactive working approach with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
