Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Our client, a well‑established and growing business in Epsom, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, process orders and ensure a positive experience throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email promptly and professionally.
• Resolve issues and complaints, identifying appropriate solutions.
• Process orders, requests and amendments accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records using internal systems.
• Provide clear information about products and services.
• Adhere to company procedures and service standards.
• Support the wider team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve agreed service level and response time targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Empathetic listening and a positive, flexible attitude.
• Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Capable of working under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Team player.

What we offer

• Salary of £27,000 per year.
• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30.
