Customer Service Advisor – Part‑time

About the role
We are seeking a friendly, driven Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and ensuring a consistently positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
- Manage and follow up on back‑orders.
- Prepare and issue customer quotes.
- Conduct price comparisons and support tender processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and returns professionally.
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as response times, call handling and NPS.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required.

Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
