Customer Service Apprentice

About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor Apprentice you will become the voice of RMG, assisting customers with enquiries about their properties and accounts. You will communicate via phone, email, WhatsApp and online chat, delivering friendly and effective support from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Use industry‑leading systems to record interactions and manage account details.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Property Management, Health & Safety, IT and other departments to resolve issues.
• Work a rotating shift pattern, including occasional weekends, to ensure 24/7 service coverage.
• Develop professional communication and problem‑solving skills through structured learning and coaching.
