About the role
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be the front‑line of the store, ensuring every visitor enjoys a smooth and friendly experience. Your day will involve helping customers, keeping the shop tidy, and supporting the team to deliver excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, answering queries and processing payments with a smile.
- Maintain tidy store environment: organise trolleys, stock shelves, and ensure deliveries are handled promptly.
- Support the team in keeping the store well‑stocked and ready for customers.
- Follow health and safety procedures, including parking and trolley management.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar customer‑facing role is preferred.
- Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
- Willingness to provide an up‑to‑date CV when applying.
