About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cardiff. You will help manage day‑to‑day operations of a residential property, ensuring residents enjoy a high‑quality living experience.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional resident living.
- Create a positive and memorable experience for residents.
- Provide front‑of‑house customer service, anticipating and exceeding resident expectations.
- Handle resident queries and complaints, following Greystar’s complaints procedure.
- Support property events and community activities.
