Customer Service Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

As a Customer Service Consultant (French speaking) you will deliver Burberry’s luxury experience across multiple channels, handling client enquiries from start to finish. You will build lasting relationships with customers, support sales through clienteling, and ensure each interaction reflects the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide world‑class, luxury customer service via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Take ownership of each case, resolve issues, and keep customers updated throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records in all systems to enable seamless follow‑up and personalized service.
• Develop deep product knowledge and act as a brand ambassador, styling and linking‑selling where appropriate.
• Manage a personal client book, schedule outreach, follow‑ups and appointments to drive growth.
• Use empathy and intuition to anticipate needs and recommend after‑care services.
• Adhere to strict data‑protection policies and keep customer profiles up to date.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French.
