Customer Service Executive

About the role

Arnold Clark is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Executives for its Vauxhall branch in Winsford. As a front‑line representative, you will create memorable experiences for visitors, guide them through the vehicle buying journey and support the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the showroom and vehicles each morning to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Assist with showroom presentation, advertising displays and product signage.
• Support the sales department by delivering a high‑quality customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives, answering questions about features and specifications.
• Continuously learn about vehicle models, manufacturers and promotions to advise customers effectively.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and take initiative.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Team player eager to progress into car sales.
