Customer Service Executive

About the role

Our client, a leading insurer based in Stokenchurch, is seeking a customer‑focused individual to join the sales operations team. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will provide comprehensive sales and administrative support while liaising with customers on insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls and advise customers on available insurance policies.
• Complete insurance applications on behalf of customers, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Update internal sales systems with new business information.
• Prepare documentation for new policies and manage policy renewals.
• Respond to email and website enquiries.
• Assist with ad‑hoc business projects as directed by the Sales Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Strong telephone etiquette and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new processes rapidly.
• Interest in sport is desirable.

Required skills

• Competency in Microsoft Office packages.

• Salary £25,000‑£29,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.
