Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a growing financial services business. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will provide comprehensive sales and administrative support while delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound telephone calls and advise customers on available products.
• Complete insurance applications on behalf of customers, ensuring accurate data capture.
• Update internal sales systems with new business information.
• Prepare documentation required for new insurance policies.
• Maintain customer records and manage policy renewals.
• Respond to email and telephone enquiries generated from the website.
• Assist with ad‑hoc business projects as directed by the Sales Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
