Customer Service Representative – Office Based

About the role

Join a growing digital services business as a Customer Service Representative in Dorking. You will provide friendly, professional support to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from sole traders to large technology firms, via telephone, email and web chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email and web chat.
• Provide accurate, courteous assistance and resolve queries.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, organised and eager to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks.
