Customer Service Advisor – Vehicle Repair Centre

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our high‑level vehicle repair centre in Dorking. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed throughout the repair process and ensuring a positive experience after their vehicle is collected.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle repairs.
• Make a courtesy call 24 hours after vehicle collection to confirm satisfaction.
• Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email, delivering friendly and professional service.
• Maintain accurate records using MS Office applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer journey.

Required profile

• Recent experience in a similar customer‑facing role within an auto‑repair centre.
• Friendly, bubbly personality with a good sense of humour.
• Adaptable, flexible and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
