Customer Service Representative (Part‑time, Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Sheffield branch on a part‑time, 25‑hour‑per‑week basis. This is a 10‑month fixed‑term contract where you will help members with savings and mortgage products, contributing to our purpose of making home ownership accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers in‑branch and provide information on all branch‑based products and services.
• Open savings accounts and assist members with fixed‑term or event‑based savings.
• Make follow‑up calls and handle incoming enquiries about products and services.
• Perform daily administrative tasks such as booking appointments, scanning documents, writing letters, processing incoming post and keeping customer records accurate.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and good numeracy for accurate cash handling.
• Resilience in handling challenging customer situations.
• Motivation to achieve positive outcomes for members.
• Experience using Microsoft Office or similar in‑house computer systems.
