Customer Service Representative (Remote, UK)

About the role

This fully remote position supports customers across the United Kingdom through online channels. You will help clients resolve inquiries, navigate services, and ensure a high‑quality experience in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive support via phone, video (Zoom) and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, enrollment processes and general service guidance.
• Build trust‑based relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Identify issues, propose solutions or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and follow internal service guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Required profile

• Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal abilities.
