Customer Service Sales Associate (Italian Speaking)

About the role
Join a manufacturing client in Darlington as a Customer Service Sales Associate. You will be the front‑line contact for English‑ and Italian‑speaking customers, helping them discover the right products and services while driving revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and convert inbound enquiries into sales.
- Deliver personal product demonstrations via Teams and support live events.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor and analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and produce regular customer summaries.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Highly motivated, adaptable and customer‑first mindset.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
Required skills
- CRM systems proficiency
