Customer Service Specialist – Remote (Belfast)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is primarily remote, with an initial four‑week full‑time training at our Belfast office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls covering a wide range of customer issues.
• Provide courteous, high‑quality service and aim to resolve queries on first contact.
• Escalate complex matters when necessary.
• Record all interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Maintain call quality standards and meet targets/KPIs.

Required profile

• Strong communication, problem‑solving and computer literacy.
• Customer‑focused with an excellent telephone manner.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience (not necessarily in a call centre).

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
