Customer Services Advisor

About the role

As a Customer Services Advisor you will join PowaKaddy’s growing internal Sales Team, delivering exceptional support to customers, retailers and end‑users via phone and email. You will handle pre‑sales and after‑sales enquiries, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through telephone and email.
• Build positive relationships with customers using patience, empathy and clear communication.
• Process orders accurately, advising on pricing, stock availability and product details.
• Arrange product collections, returns and replacement orders as needed.
• Record all customer interactions and case notes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support and Finance teams to resolve queries efficiently.
• Support the wider team with administrative and departmental tasks.
