Customer Software Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Software Trainer to own the end‑to‑end onboarding and training experience for our fast‑growing SaaS business. You will transform a manual, inconsistent process into a structured, repeatable system that accelerates time‑to‑value and drives deeper product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured onboarding programmes aligned with implementation timelines.
• Run engaging live and recorded training sessions, both online and on‑site.
• Create role‑based learning journeys and certification frameworks.
• Build and maintain a scalable training academy with videos, guides, and resources.
• Develop playbooks covering workflows, integrations, APIs and best‑practice usage.
• Continuously update training materials based on product releases and customer feedback.
• Train internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across customer‑facing functions.
• Identify knowledge gaps and feed insights back to Product and Development.

Required profile

• Proven experience training users on a SaaS platform.
• Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts such as workflows, integrations, or APIs.
• Experience designing structured training programmes or learning journeys.
• Confident presentation and facilitation skills, both online and in person.
• Highly organised, process‑driven with strong attention to detail.

• £40,000‑£60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
