Customer Software Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Software Trainer to own the end‑to‑end onboarding and training experience for our fast‑growing SaaS business. You will turn a manual, inconsistent process into a structured, repeatable system that accelerates time‑to‑value and drives product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured onboarding programmes aligned with implementation timelines, including live, recorded and on‑site sessions.
• Create role‑based learning journeys, training materials, videos, guides and assessments for a scalable training academy.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and support internal enablement.
• Drive product adoption by identifying knowledge gaps, feeding insights to product teams and reducing support reliance.
• Support internal teams and new‑hire ramp‑up through structured learning programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience training or enabling users on a SaaS platform.
• Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts such as workflows, integrations or APIs.
• Experience designing structured training programmes or learning journeys.
• Confident presenter and facilitator, both online and in person.
• Highly organised, process‑driven with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally.

• Salary £40,000‑£60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
