Customer Success Manager – Advertising Agency

About the role

CV Library is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with our advertising agency clients. You will act as the trusted advisor, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and clients achieve their marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned advertising agency clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Understand client goals and develop tailored strategies to meet them.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and product teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide regular insights and recommend optimisation.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow accounts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer success or account management, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Problem‑solving orientation and a proactive approach to client needs.
