Customer Success Manager – French Speaking (Remote)

About the role
Adelaide is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to own client relationships for its attention measurement platform. The role is fully remote and reports to the Customer Success Team Lead, working closely with sales, analytics and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for brands, agencies and publishers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients before, during and after campaigns.
- Drive adoption of Adelaide’s AU metric across media planning and buying workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales and Analytics to deliver insightful performance reports.
- Ensure smooth campaign execution and address any operational issues.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to grow Adelaide’s footprint.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in digital media, adtech or advertising.
- Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results.
- Self‑motivated, comfortable working in a remote‑first environment.
