Customer Success Manager

About the role

Mysoft is looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for customers using Sage X3, Sage Intacct and the proprietary X3CloudDocs solution. You will help clients maximise the value of their investment, drive satisfaction and support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
• Lead regular customer reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and develop action plans to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Support onboarding, adoption of new modules and third‑party solutions, ensuring smooth journeys and strong user engagement.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Consultancy, Support, Project Management, Development and Marketing.
• Gather customer feedback, influence service improvements and contribute to case studies.

Required profile

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar customer‑facing role within software, ERP or technology.
• Understanding of business processes and ERP solutions, preferably Sage X3 or Sage Intacct.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, organised, able to manage multiple relationships and priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
