ERP Project Manager

About the role

At Mysoft, the ERP Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of ERP and SaaS implementation projects for mid‑market and enterprise customers, working with technologies such as Sage X3, Intacct and CloudDocs. The role combines hands‑on project execution with a strong people focus, acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of ERP and SaaS projects, including scope definition, planning, execution and go‑live.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects (typically 4‑8), balancing timelines, quality and stakeholder expectations.
• Run project ceremonies such as kick‑offs, status updates, risk reviews and go‑live planning.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation (project plans, UAT, go‑live readiness) and drive continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously and build strong relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, risk‑management and communication skills.
