Customer Support Advisor

About the role

Join Tradebe UK as a Customer Support Advisor and play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service throughout the order‑to‑cash cycle. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication from initial inquiry to invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for customers, handling enquiries, sales order creation, NCRs and invoice queries.
• Maintain constant communication with Sales, Operations and Finance to keep customers informed via email and telephone.
• Accurately record complaints and manage them in the SAP system within agreed service levels.
• Serve as the internal buddy for the sales team, guaranteeing a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering customer support across phone, email and live‑chat channels.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to personalise each interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to process sales orders, raise quotes, handle NCRs and resolve invoice issues within SLAs.
• Accountable, results‑driven, adaptable and collaborative.
