Customer Support Advisor – Portuguese & English (Hybrid, Belfast)

About the role

Join Concentrix’s Primark team as a Customer Support Advisor, providing bilingual assistance to online shoppers in Portuguese and English. The position combines on‑site work in Belfast City Centre with remote days, offering a flexible hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via social media and email, covering missing orders, payment issues, product availability, and order changes.
• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone in all communications.
• Process cancellations, modifications, and other service requests accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 8 am and 12 am, Monday to Sunday.
• Reliable broadband of at least 10 Mbps and a quiet home workspace.
• Clean record with no credit, criminal, or disciplinary issues.
