Customer Support Representative – Call Centre

About the role

Join Intrum as a Customer Support Representative and help customers facing financial difficulty find clear, empathetic solutions. You will work in a dynamic call‑centre environment, providing guidance on a range of financial products and ensuring fair outcomes for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with customers experiencing financial challenges and propose affordable repayment plans.
• Make and receive calls related to car finance, bank accounts, credit cards, loans, catalogues, mortgages and mobile phone accounts.
• Investigate debt details and provide personalised, transparent advice.
• Deliver customer‑focused service while complying with Consumer Duty regulations.
• Work 40 hours per week across varied shift patterns, including weekdays and Saturdays.

Required profile

• Friendly, empathetic approach with a commitment to doing what’s right for the customer.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
• Customer service experience, either face‑to‑face or in a call‑centre setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisions.
