D365 Support Manager

About the role

Costa Coffee is looking for a D365 Support Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders and our managed service partner to ensure the platform runs smoothly and supports the company’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead incident, problem and event management for D365, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Provide first‑line support and act as the primary point of contact for D365 users.
• Coordinate with third‑party providers and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation, service level agreements and performance metrics.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
