Data Analyst & Technical Support Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven problem solver to join our busy team in Basildon. This hybrid, fixed‑term role blends data analysis, reporting, technical administration and customer support coordination, giving you genuine ownership of critical business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and progress technical support cases using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Produce KPI reports, analyse performance trends and monitor recall campaign progress.
• Create, maintain and enhance Qlik Sense and Power BI dashboards.
• Analyse data from multiple sources to deliver actionable business insights.
• Support quality reporting, liaise with production plants and handle invoice/finance queries.
• Prepare and distribute daily Excel reports and act as a key contact for delivery and collection enquiries.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Logistics, Sales and other business functions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA/Macro creation is desirable.
• Experience with Qlik Sense and/or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
