D365 System Administrator

About the role

The D365 Systems Administrator will join the Information Services team of a large, well‑established organisation based in Kenilworth. The role focuses on configuring, developing and continuously improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions and deliver high‑quality reporting and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 entities, fields, relationships, lookups and option sets to create scalable data structures.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, producing functional system designs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
• Design and optimise data models, ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Deliver end‑to‑end system changes, including SIT/UAT testing, release coordination and post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with operational and strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with data security, GDPR and information‑governance standards.
• Apply business analysis methodologies such as process mapping and change management.

Required profile

• Degree‑level IT qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of databases, data structures and reporting systems.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and deliver changes through the full lifecycle.
