Daily Supply Teacher

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Primary Teacher to work on a daily supply basis across schools in Rochester and the wider Medway area. This ad‑hoc role offers the freedom to choose the days you work while delivering pre‑planned lessons in a classroom setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lessons that have been set by the regular teacher, with no need for additional planning.
- Complete marking in line with each school’s marking policy.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Liaise with parents or guardians regarding student progress and development areas.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching the UK Primary Curriculum at Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
- Enhanced DBS (DBS on the update service is highly desirable).
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
