Dance Fitness Instructor

About the role

GLL is seeking an enthusiastic Dance Fitness Instructor to lead high‑energy classes at The Sovereign Centre in Eastbourne. You will create a fun, motivating environment that blends freestyle movement with performance‑driven routines, helping participants achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective dance‑fitness classes for all ages and ability levels.
• Adapt, progress and regress sessions to meet individual needs.
• Maintain a lively, party‑like atmosphere using music and energy.
• Ensure customer expectations are exceeded and inspire participants throughout each class.

Required profile

• Passion for fitness and music with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Desire to continuously develop professionally.

Required skills

• Exercise to Music Level 2 (or equivalent).
• Fitness Instructor Level 2 (desirable).
